Ten young scientists selected by Youth Science Canada represented the country from May 7 to 13, at the 2022 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair - the most prestigious youth STEM project competition in the world. The Team Canada-ISEF students brought home seven grand awards and two special awards.
"The Team Canada finalists once again excelled at this year's ISEF," says Prof. Patrick Whippey, chair of Youth Science Canada's selection panel. "During the event, the students showed their outstanding level of knowledge, curiosity, and commitment to STEM through their projects. The creativity, constant inquisitiveness, and eagerness to learn led these students through the competition."
