The Early Childhood Education Council Conference is designed to facilitate the professional development of teachers from Kindergarten to Grade 3 and to improve the quality of early childhood education programs in Alberta. As school districts are beginning to include programs for Pre Kindergarten, this is now part of the Council's mandate.
