In this highly strategic and transformational leadership role, the CHRO and Assistant Vice-President Human Resources provides forward-looking, dynamic, and collaborative leadership, building upon the strengths of the Division of Equity, People and Culture. Reporting to the Vice-President Equity, People and Culture, the CHRO builds bridges across the institution and facilitates cultural and systemic transformation through the development of strategies, services, systems, initiatives, and operations. The CHRO collaborates with senior leaders across the institution, including central operations and services and academic divisions. The incumbent has oversight of human resources strategy, policies, and practices, encompassing the areas of recruitment and talent development, compensation, human resources information management and systems, and employee health, safety, and wellbeing.
