Red Deer Polytechnic welcomes prospective students and community members to Open House

Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) is encouraging prospective students to dream big at this year's Spring Open House which will showcase RDP's range of programs, student services and facilities:

Saturday, March 23 | 9 am - 1 pm
Red Deer Polytechnic Main Campus
Attendees are encouraged to register to attend (drop-ins are also welcome)

"We're excited to open our doors to prospective students and their supporters at RDP's Spring Open House," says Trish Nuyten, Dean of Enrolment Management and Registrar. "With more than 80 industry-relevant programs, we offer enhanced education, training and applied research opportunities that prepare students for Alberta's diverse workforce."

Through collaboration with industry, RDP students receive valuable work-integrated learning and applied research opportunities while making connections with experts in their field. The Polytechnic also offers diverse cultural, social and health and well-being opportunities for students to help create a well-rounded post-secondary experience.

At Open House, prospective domestic students will be able to submit complimentary credit program applications for future admission. There will be opportunities to meet faculty and staff at program exhibits and to take part in campus tours. Attendees will also have a chance to win exciting prizes.

RDP is now accepting applications for students wishing to attend Spring Term (starting in May 2024), Fall Term (starting in September 2024) and Winter Term (starting in January 2025).
