Five students from St. Jean de Brébeuf Catholic Secondary School proudly represented their school at the ER Monaco Young Entrepreneur Awards, hosted by the Hamilton Small Business Centre earlier this fall. Congratulations to Zavryl Adelina Roux, Matteo Bazzo, Nikolas Jurcic, Jaiden Opuko and Phoenix Lazar, who each submitted an original and professional business plan to the competition.
The ER Monaco Young Entrepreneur Awards provide students and young entrepreneurs with opportunities to develop essential business skills through the creation of a professional business plan, strengthen presentation and networking abilities, enhance interpersonal and team-building skills, receive expert guidance and constructive feedback on their venture ideas, and gain recognition from community organizations and professionals.
Congratulations to Matteo Bazzo, who achieved a second-place finish, a reflection of his creativity, dedication and entrepreneurial talent.
The students were supported by Business teachers Stefanie Calabrese and Rob Woloch, along with proud parents and guardians who attended the event to celebrate their achievements.
Congratulations to all five participants for their innovation, professionalism and leadership.
