No school build planned yet for new Regina neighbourhood projected to hit 36,000 residents

Regina\'s Coopertown neighbourhood is set to be one of the largest in Saskatchewan. But the developer says there are currently no plans for a new school, even though an existing elementary school in the area is currently over capacity.
