Carlton Trail College Unveils Ambitious New Strategic Plan to Foster Growth, Workforce Development, and Collaborative Opportunities

Carlton Trail College is pleased to announce the launch of a renewed, four-year strategic plan designed to drive growth, expand its post-secondary and workforce development programs, and enhance industry training opportunities for students and employers alike. The plan aligns with the College's mission to prepare graduates for the future workforce and provide responsive, innovative solutions to address the evolving needs of industries in Saskatchewan.

The strategic plan centers on four key priorities: achieving student and employer success, strengthening partnerships and collaboration, structuring the College to support growth and development, and advancing the College's infrastructure and technology for the future. These areas are designed to ensure that Carlton Trail College remains an institution of choice for higher education while strengthening ties to its employees, communities and the regional economy.
