Congratulations to VCC President and CEO, Ajay Patel for being named in Vancouver Magazine's Annual Power 50 list for 2025!
Winners of the prestigious Power 50 are individuals who are truly propelling Vancouver and our communities into the future.
The list noted Ajay's profound commitment to our community, highlighting his role in developing a clean energy training hub with the development of the college's Centre for Clean Energy and Automotive Innovation, work with Indigenous, industry, and community partners to create a cultural ribbon along Great Northern Way, and plans to develop housing along the Broadway corridor.
The announcement was made at the Terminal City Club on February 6. This is the second year that Ajay has been named to the list; Ajay was #10 on the list in 2024.
