We are thrilled to announce that Mateo Jarquin, one of our exceptionally talented Science students, has earned multiple awards, including the Gold Medal in the College Division at the Regional-Estrie Expo-Science Hydro-Quebec, Science Fair for his revolutionary project, F.L.E.X. (Fully Leveraged Exo-hand). This innovative robotic hand tracks and mirrors finger movements in real time without the need for gloves or physical attachments. His work showcases a powerful combination of hands-free technology, 3D printing, coding, and robotics, with immense potential for future applications in both technology and global sustainability.
Mateo's project will now move forward to the Super Expo-Science Hydro-Québec Provincial Finals, held in Montreal from April 11th to April 13th, 2025. We are incredibly proud of Mateo and his achievements and look forward to seeing his continued success.
We invite everyone to join us in congratulating Mateo for his exceptional accomplishments. This is just the beginning of an exciting journey, and we can't wait to see what's next for him!
