Students at the Sudbury campus of Collège Boréal now have a newly renovated Pub to meet their needs and expectations. Through a collaboration between the Association générale des étudiantes et des étudiants (AGEE - student association), the Collège Boréal Coop and the college itself, the old pub, which had barely changed since the construction of the building some 20 years ago, has been remodeled to make it more modern and welcoming.
The student Pub at Collège Boréal is a gathering place where students party, of course, but also study and relax between classes. The college's Music Club also meets regularly in this space to share their musical talents. All in all, the renovated space is now much more friendly and accessible.
