As we wrap up our 25th year the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSB) is excited to unveil a timeline wall of achievements, and commemorative video , celebrating 25 years of Excellence in Catholic Education.
Located at the front entrance of the Board office in Napanee, the wall highlights significant events in the Board's 25-year history, since amalgamation in 1998.
"We wanted to mark this milestone in a way that both honours our history and celebrates our achievements and accomplishments as a Catholic Learning community", said Jessica Salmon, Manager of Strategic Communications for the ALCDSB.
In addition to celebrating our achievements with the creation of a timeline wall and commemorative video, the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic Education (ALCE) Foundation is happy to announce the project raised $425.00 for families most in need.
"The ALCDSB has been dedicated to improving the lives of those in need for a quarter of a century, and we couldn't have done it without the support of our staff, students, families, community partners and parishes", said Leila Nasr-Sharifi, Chair of the ALCE Foundation.
