As the Eleanor Hall School's Inclusive Education Coordinator, Mallory tirelessly ensures every student receives the support needed to reach their full potential. She collaborates closely with staff, parents, and a network of professionals to craft authentic learning goals and implement effective programming. Mallory also proactively works with teachers to develop lessons with diverse access points and creates valuable visual aids to enhance student learning. In her music classroom, she masterfully individualizes instruction, fostering confidence, collaboration, and a love for learning in every student.
Mallory consistently goes the extra mile for students and colleagues. She's always the first to offer help, reducing teacher workload by sharing resources and expertise. She initiated and leads our school choir, which performs at the Barrhead Rotary Festival, and organizes a beloved talent show. Even during the challenges of at-home learning during the pandemic, she volunteered to support students needing extra help.
Mallory's positive attitude shines through in all her interactions. She greets every student with a cheerful demeanour, meeting them where they are and creating a safe space for them to thrive.
