We are opening a new Catholic elementary school in the northern portion of the Fernbank Community! The school will serve Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 students and is located at 620 Triangle Street. The new school will offer French Immersion programming. Extended Day Programs for Before & After School care have been proposed in addition to a Pre-School Childcare Centre. This new school is currently scheduled to open for the 2027-2028 school year.
Proposed Boundary Changes
On Tuesday, January 27, 2026, the OCSB Board of Trustees approved the public consultation process to consider a proposed attendance boundary for New Fernbank North Catholic Elementary School. The proposed attendance boundary for the new school affects the existing boundaries for St. Martin de Porres and St. Stephen Schools.
