Five Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSB) secondary school students were recognized by the Catholic Education Foundation of Ontario (CEFO).
The awards were presented to the recipients at the annual Father Patrick Fogarty Awards Dinner, on October 25, 2025.

Catholic Student Awards are presented annually to one student from each Ontario Catholic secondary school for their outstanding contributions to Catholic education. The awards recognize good scholarship, involvement in school or community activities, and conduct that typifies the objectives of the Catholic school. The awards event is named after Father Patrick Fogarty who championed Catholic education both provincially and throughout Canada.
In addition to the Catholic Student Awards, the Foundation recognizes school-based projects and initiatives to improve, develop and enhance quality Catholic education with Michael Carty and Michael Monk Awards.
