Alberta - Alberta teachers' constitutional challenge to Back to School Act delayed until 2027

The Alberta Teachers' Association's broader legal challenge to determine whether the province\'s Back to School Act is constitutional has been rescheduled. The full hearing on the merits of the ATA's challenge to the act was originally set for September, but has been delayed by almost 10 months until July 2027.
