Aging school, community playgrounds face fundraising challenges

While several Calgary city councillors have expressed their support for investing in city-owned playgrounds, for those structures the municipality doesn\'t manage, finding the money to replace them falls to parent councils or non-profit boards of directors, who often have limited fundraising experience.
