Durham Continuing Education Offering eLearning Opportunity for Adults

Durham Continuing Education (DCE) is offering online learning opportunities for adults 21 years of age and older, and for adults 18 years of age and older who have graduated from secondary school and are looking to upgrade their marks.

DCE is the Adult Education branch of the Durham District School Board. Ten online courses are now being offered:

  • Grade 11 Biology (SBI3C)
  • Grade 11 Travel and Tourism (CGG3O)
  • Grade 11 Health for Life (PPZ3O)
  • Grade 12 College English (ENG4C)
  • Grade 12 University English (ENG4U)
  • Grade 12 International Business (BBB4M)
  • Grade 12 Literacy Course (OLC4O)
  • Grade 12 College Math (MAP4C)
  • Grade 12 University Math (MHF4U)
  • Grade 12 World Cultures (HSC4M)

Students are supported by an Ontario College of Teachers certified teacher. The online environment offers students the flexibility to complete course work anywhere they have internet access to earn their high school credits. For more information call (905) 440-4505 or email DCE.eLearning@ddsb.ca.

Courses run from February 17, 2016 to May 18, 2016. Registration is now available online at dce.ca under the eLearning program section. Registration appointments can be made by calling Durham Continuing Education at 905 440-4502, or by booking online under the eLearning program section.

Students currently enrolled in a secondary school are not eligible.
