The Board of Education of School District No. 67 (Okanagan Skaha) is pleased to announce that Helena Drury, CPA, CMA, has accepted the position of Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, effective July 10, 2017.
Ms. Drury joins us from School District No. 39 (Vancouver) where she is currently Supervisor of Financial Reporting and Compliance; a position she has held since 2011. Prior to that, she was Controller in the private sector for 11 years.
Ms. Drury is a Chartered Professional Accountant certified by the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and is currently enrolled in specialized public sector finance training to obtain a CPA Canada Public Sector Certificate.
We congratulate Ms. Drury on her new position and welcome her to the Okanagan.
