The Victor Wyatt Dragons Basketball team was recently featured as CTV's Sports Stars of the Week!
The basketball team, made up of thirteen grades 7/8 boys, won the first championship banner for Victor H.L. Wyatt School in 10 years!
On the court, the team is immensely dedicated. The boys can be found in the gym before school begins in the morning, at lunch whenever possible and at practice after school almost every day! As a team, they rally around each other and embrace everything with a positive attitude. No matter the situation, everyone is made to feel like a valued member.
The team coaches, Eric Cable and Ezra Reimer, have played a key role in helping the boys achieve their goals. The coaches inspire and support the Dragons with energy and excitement for the sport.
