Western University - How this student-led program helps London seniors take control of their health

Every few weeks, a group of Western University kinesiology students set up shop at community centres across London and catch seniors leaving fitness classes where they offer to check their blood pressure. For one Londoner, the measurements helped her to stop her hypertension medications altogether.
