Saturday, November 18, John Abbott College welcomed thousands of visitors from all over interested in applying to and attending the College. Despite the change in format, this year's Open House was as well attended as it has been in previous years.
In just four hours, over 7,000 guests explored the campus, attended information sessions presented by the Deans, and took the opportunity to ask questions one-on-one about their admission requirements.
The entire campus was bustling as visitors learned about the programs of study offered and the variety of student services for which the College is renowned. Current students led visitors on guided tours of their college including classrooms and laboratories, and common areas.
Also in attendance was the John Abbott College Foundation. Representatives for the Foundation met with alumni, inviting them to join the College Alumni Association to stay informed about College and Foundation events and activities.
The next Open House is scheduled for Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
