The Cambrian Shield varsity volleyball teams are well-represented on this year's list of all-stars in the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA).
Cambrian's head coach, three members of the men's team, and two members of the women's team earned all-star honours this year.

Cambrian's men's and women's volleyball head coach, Dale Beausoleil, was named OCAA Coach of the Year and OCAA West Division Men's Coach of the Year.
Sudbury's Sam George earned four awards: Men's Volleyball Rookie of the Year, Men's West Division Rookie of the Year, West Division All-Rookie Team, and West Division Second Team All-Star.
Liam Hansen of Perth was also named to the West Division Second Team All-Star squad, while James Tse of Burnaby, B.C. earned a spot on the West Division All-Rookie Team.
In women's volleyball, Carlie Pappano of North Bay and MacKenzie Selk of Sudbury were both named West Division First Team All-Stars.
"We are so happy for coach Beausoleil and our players who have earned all-star status this year," says Tim Yu, Cambrian's Manager of Athletics. "Our volleyball teams have improved so much in recent years and having so many players make the all-star teams is proof of how well the volleyball program is progressing."
The men's team has won the bronze medal two years in a row at the OCAA championships.
Both the Cambrian Shield men's and women's squads are in the OCAA quarter-finals this weekend.
