Each year, Manitoba's Excellence in Education Awards are presented to teachers within the province in recognition of outstanding teaching practices.
Please join us in congratulating Jessica Canning, Science and Geography Teacher and Student Council Advisor at Crocus Plains Regional Secondary School, as the recipient of this year's "Outstanding New Teacher Award".
Jessica has been teaching at Crocus Plains Regional Secondary School since 2020. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (Honours); a Certificate of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Education (After Degree), with intentions of completing her Master of Education Degree in Leadership, or Curriculum and Pedagogy within five years.
