The Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario (CSPNE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Mindy Turner as Early Childhood Coordinator, a position she will assume as of January 2024.
A graduate of Collège Boréal's Early Childhood Education program, Ms. Turner has nearly 25 years of professional experience in the field. Mindy is the Director of Garderie Soleil in the North Bay region and manages the 11 satellite sites in the area. Over the years, in this capacity, she has had the opportunity to work with the CSPNE, giving her a thorough understanding of the realities of school-based childcare services.
Ms. Turner succeeds Chantal Dégagné, who recently announced her retirement. The CSPNE would like to take this opportunity to thank Chantal for her contributions to the team, and to wish her a well-deserved retirement.
In accordance with universal values, the CSPNE covers an area of 46,453 km2 and provides the communities of Hearst, Kapuskasing, Iroquois Falls, Timmins, Temiskaming Shores, Sturgeon Falls, North Bay and Parry Sound with quality French-language education. Close to 2,100 northeastern Ontario students have chosen French-language public schools.
