Excitement Sparks at St. Marguerite d'Youville's Family Science Night

On Thursday, December 12, St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic School celebrated the wonders of science with its highly anticipated Family Science Night. This engaging evening brought together over 80 participants, including students, families, and community members, to explore hands-on science activities and workshops.

Thanks to the generous support of the Whitby Mayor's Community Development Fund, the event featured two dynamic community workshops. These sessions, designed to inspire curiosity and a love for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), provided an interactive platform for participants to learn, collaborate, and discover.

Participants were treated to a variety of hands-on experiments and activities, fostering curiosity and igniting a passion for discovery among young minds.
